Delivery and Terms of Service


We are able to ship to any country worldwide and charge a standard International shipping rate at checkout which covers costs of packaging and shipping to any country, this covers the cost of us transporting your goods to any country in the world. 


All of our Items are sent direct from our manufacturing and distribution centres around the globe direct to your door wherever you may be, for more information on our delivery network and where we ship from, see our About us page. We use local domestic shipping services for all of our products to keep costs down and be able to charge the low prices we have on our website. Deliveries to any country should not take any more than 21-40 days, however many deliveries are received within the window of 14-32 days.

Import Duty/Taxes

We package our items individually so that import taxes/fees do not occur, this is why we split deliveries into individual items so that you do not have to pay any taxes. Should any import taxes / fees be payable on large items or in different countries the buyer must arrange for and pay these themselves, tailor & thread will not be responsible for any unpaid fees. 


All items can be returned to us if they are sent back in the same condition as sent and within 14 days of the delivery window, all customers wanting to return an item must contact us before sending items back, all item returns postage is paid by the buyer and items are posted at your own risk. We advise obtaining proof of postage as a reference although in turn this does not count as proof of delivery as items may be lost in transit.


All promotions are for a limited time only and can be removed without warning at any time by Tailor & Thread Menswear. 

All comparison prices reference previous prices that have been charged online for a minimum of 21 days, as our products are custom there is no set RRP price therefore we reserve the right to change given prices without notice and may suspend any offer should it be abused. 

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled by notifying us via email at, due to the fact that we process and send out or orders as quickly as possible after your order date we are unable to cancel your order once we begin processing and sending your order, for this reason we have an hour cancellation slot on all orders meaning that after an hour from your order time any requests to cancel after this window will not be honoured and the returns process will have to be followed.

Incorrect item ordered or wrong address entered

You as a customer hold the responsibility of checking you have ordered the correct product and the correct address is entered as the shipping address, we do not hold any liability for any missed deliveries or incorrect items received if the shipping address / item chosen is incorrect. We follow the same procedure as cancellations with incorrect information in that you must notify us by email at if no amendments are made within 1 hour the normal processing of your order will commence and no alterations or corrections can be made, in the occurrence of the incorrect delivery address being entered by the customer, returns and refunds are not available for undelivered items as it is the customers responsibility.
