Q. Why are multiple products not packed together?

A. Please be aware that most of our items come from different fulfilment centres hence there being shipping prices with each item.
 

Q. Are there any other costs I need to pay when I order?

A. We only ask customers to cover the small packaging and shipping costs to ship their order (around £10 to anywhere in the world). There are no other costs, now or in the future.

Q. Why do you give valuable products for free in your latest promotion?

A. We believe everyone should experience the joy and confidence which comes with wearing elegant clothes. We also want to grow the business so see our latest promotion as a marketing expense that will increase our customer base in the future.

Q. How can you offer free products?

A. We order a vast amount of products every week, that allows us to get the lowest possible price. We also have special rates with our logistic partners which ensures we keep shipping and packaging charges to a minimum.


Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

A. We ship our products direct from our Asia distribution centres, A package shouldn't take more than 14-34 days to arrive.


Q. Where will my order be dispatched from?

A. All orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Asia.


Q. Why does the checkout page state my information will be transferred to the United States?

Tailor & Thread menswear website runs on Shopify, one of the world's most popular and secure e-commerce platforms. Shopify's secure servers are based in the United States, therefore our customer's information is transferred to the USA.

This is standard practice and ensures your information is kept as safe as possible.

Q. Do you sell my details to any other companies?

A. No, we value your trust. Your personal details will never be sold to third parties.


Q. I made a large order but not all the items have arrived yet?

A. We ship items out in small groups as to avoid you waiting for items and to avoid you having to pay any import fees. Rest assured, all your items will arrive asap.

 

Q: what if my large value order has import fees to pay? 

A: we will package items in small batches as to avoid import fees, this sometimes cannot be avoided with high value items, in this case it is the buyers responsibility to arrange and pay any fees incurred. As explained this is very rare and will only happen with large big priced items.
